Sofia Assistant – Privacy Policy

Sofia is an AI voice assistant used by Panas Express management on their own computers. This page explains how Sofia uses Google user data.
What Sofia accesses
If you connect your Google Calendar, Sofia can read your calendar events, and can add, move or cancel an event only after you say yes. Sofia does not access other Google data.
How it is used
Calendar information is used only to answer your own requests about your schedule and to make the changes you approve.
Where it is kept
- Your Google sign-in token is stored encrypted on your own computer and is not sent to Panas Express staff.
- To answer you, the relevant event details are sent to the AI services that power Sofia (OpenAI for understanding and replies, ElevenLabs for the spoken voice), only to produce that answer.
- The text of your conversations with Sofia, which may mention your events, is kept in Panas Express’s private conversation log to run and improve the assistant. It is never sold or shared outside Panas Express.
Google API Services
Sofia’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Removing access
Tell Sofia to disconnect your calendar, or remove “Sofia” at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions at any time.
